 NYLA 2024 Annual Conference & Trade ShowOncenter l Syracuse, New York l November 6-9, 2024Hotel AccommodationsThe room blocks and room rates noted below will be available until the cutoff date of Tuesday, October 1, 2024. **ATTENDEE ANNOUNCEMENT **Crowne Plaza Reservations CancelledIt is with our deepest apologies that we must inform any conference attendees that had a reservation at the Crowne Plaza, as of October 3, 2024 the hotel decided to close its doors with no notice to the organization and not accept any reservations moving forward.NYLA staff are working with Visit Syracuse to find additional hotel(s) to offer those who need to find new accommodations for the event. NYLA staff will be reaching out to everyone who had reservation at the property to provide information and assistance. Attendees are welcome to find alternate accommodations on their own if preferred.There will be free shuttles from all NYLA hotel accommodations available on all days of the conference and parking garage validation will be offered in the trade show at the Virco booth on Thursday and Friday. We appreciate all our attendees patience and flexibility with this unforeseen situation. We look forward to seeing everyone in Syracuse for the event! NEW HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLEBoth locations are approximately 15 mins from the Oncenter. As noted above Visit Syracuse will be providing shuttle services from these locations.
