    • Approved NYLA submitting an application for the Federal Payroll Protection Program
    • Approved the submission of NYLA’s 2019 IRS 990
    • Approved the requested transfer of administration of the Sustainable Libraries Initiative to the Suffolk Cooperative Library System
    • Approved the slate of candidates for the 2021 NYLA Council election
    • Approved all recommendations put forward by the NYLA Awards Review Task Force
    • Approve the petition for the formation of the Westchester Library Association Round Table
  • March 18, 2021
    • Approved the slate for a special election to fill the vacancy in the Councilor-at-Large position, to include Ginger Tebo and Sharon Fox
    • Approved the three-year renewal of the affiliation between the Empire State Center for the Book, and the National Center for the Book through the Library of Congress.
    • Charged the Audit Committee to review proposals and make a recommendation to Council for a new auditing firm by the August meeting
  • February 4, 2021
    • Formally established the Alternative Pathways to Librarianship Task Force, including the mission and deliverables for the effort
    • Approved the appointment of new members to the Legislative and Communications Committees, to fill vacant at-large positions
  • December 17, 2020
    • Established a NYLA Awards Review Task Force to examine and make recommendations on NYLA’s Annual Awards
    • Approved the petition for the formation of the ‘Coalition of Library Workers of Color Round Table’ CLWCRT
    • Approved a new policy for the filing vacancies in at-large seats on NYLA committees
