NYLA 2021 Conference & Trade Show | Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
Advertise in our Conference Catalog to reach +1,300 people!
Advertising copy should be formatted in EPS or PDF, 300dpi, with embedded fonts. JPG or PNG files are acceptable. No MS Publisher or graphics in Word Documents can be accepted.
Files and advertising agreements can be sent to us via email before September 30th, 2021.

Leading up to the NYLA Annual Conference & Trade Show, NYLA puts out a number of eBlasts and social media posts that are specific to the conference to our membership. This year, we are offering custom ways for your company to showcase your services to our membership even before the day of the Trade Show – to ensure your company has the name recognition it deserves!
Choose from the options below:
- Your Logo featured on an NYLA Annual Conference & Trade Show social media post (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) – $150 per social media post (3 limit per vendor)
- You will have to provide a JPG or PNG of your company logo immediately after purchase using this form.
- Your company will have a specialized delivery eBlast to our membership leading up to the 2021 NYLA Annual Conference & Trade Show – $800 ( 1 limit per vendor, 5 available)
- You will have to provide a Word Doc which includes a brief 250 description of your company, any appropriate links, your social media handles, and a PNG/JPG of your logo using this form.
- Your company will have a footer or banner ad in the 2021 Annual Conference & Trade Show Specific eBlasts leading up to the event – $450 (2 limit per vendor, 12 available)
- You will have to provide a 650 x 100 JPG or PNG which includes your logo and brief verbiage. Please include your desired hyperlink for the ad. You can submit this ad using this form.

If interested in sponsoring a conference event, this package will include having your company logo associated with all digital and physical advertising leading up to the event, your logo included next to the event description in the Conference Pamphlet, your logo will be included in all signage leading attendees to the event, and your company will be mentioned before the program as a sponsor.
If interested in sponsoring a coffee/water/snack station, your company will be named after each of the stations throughout the conference, your logo will be included in the conference pamphlet and on the conference map as an indicator of a coffee/water/snack station, and your materials will be available at your sponsored station

Branded Bag Stuffers
All NYLA attendees receive a tote bag that can have YOUR organization's branded giveaways inside! Provide us with at least 1,000 pieces and your company's presence will be on everybody's arm. Pens may be included for no charge; all other "stuffers" can be included for $250.
Tote Bag Paper Inserts
All NYLA Attendees receive a tote bag that also includes a folder with all the information they need to know about the Conference. Provide us with at least 1,000 8.5 x 11-inch paper inserts and we will ensure your company's information is included in their Conference folder. This will cost roughly $1,000 with an estimated $1 per insert.
