Proposal Considerations
Feel free to visit the 2020 Program Proposal Submission Form prior to actually submitting your proposal. There are a number of questions and details you will need to gather prior to hitting 'Submit Proposal'.
The conference program sessions are 75 minutes in duration, with the anticipation of 60 minutes of content, and 10 minutes of Q&A.
Feel free to submit program proposals that are not completely formulated - revisions to programs are built into the process. That being said, once you submit the proposal, you will not be able to edit that proposal prior to the rankings.
Presenters for programs that are accepted for presentation receive free registration for the conference on the day on which they are presenting, exclusive of special event tickets. Travel and lodging expenses are typically not covered, but can be negotiated on a case by case basis between the presenter and the sponsoring entity.
