In a survey of 1,500 global CEOs, creativity was identified as the most important quality leaders must have in order to deal with an increasingly complex future. Miller will discuss how, by using the principles of improvisational comedy, library employees can create and/or contribute to an environment that encourages creativity and innovation. In addition to making their workplace more fun and creative, he will offer examples of creative thinking skills that can be applied to any situation or problem to expand the ability of the individual to be original and innovative.
