Using Performance Metrics for Success - James Keller - Explore how reports from your library’s ILS can lead to better analysis and decision making.

Diane McCulloch - Currently affiliated with Exec|Comm, Diane McCulloch is a former CEO and managing director for marketing/communications firms in Asia and Europe. She combines successful real-world management experience with best practices for leading edge training/coaching in leadership development, communication skills, and workplace behavioral change. McCulloch provides one-on-one, individual coaching to senior level executives and also gives management group training workshops that improve specific skill sets.

James Keller - Currently the Chief Marketing Officer for the Queens Public Library, he has spent nearly 40 years active in the development of some of the most well-known and successful brands in the world. He has worked with clients such as Duracell, Unilever, Gillette, Coca-Cola and other major companies.
