New York Library Association. - The eBulletin

In this edition of the e-Bulletin we have NYLA past presidents reflecting on their time serving NYLA.  Past president Stan Ransom mentioned the 1972 conference at which Isaac Asimov was the keynote.  It is interesting to note that 43 years later that NYLA and the Empire State Center for the Book recognized Asimov again by inducting him into the New York State Writers Hall of Fame. Here is a copy of the 1972 Bulletin in which Isaac Asimov is discussed as a conference speaker.

Upon further examination of this copy of the Bulletin, one will see that in 1972 the acronym PAC did not stand for Political Action Committee but rather it was the Personnel Administration Committee.
