Judith Dzikowski receives School Library Systems Association's Distinguished Service Award

Judith Dzikowski, Director of the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison School Library System, is the recipient of the 2009 Distinguished Service Award from the School Library Systems Association of New York State (SLSA).
