YSS Spring Conference
Clayton is a small village located on the St. Lawrence River in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of Northern New York.
After hearing from our keynote speaker Ellen Oh of We Need Diverse Books, conference attendees will head to breakout sessions held at the nearby Hawn Memorial Library, the Clayton Opera House, and the Antique Boat Museum. (Shuttle service will be available for those in need.)
We‘ve got a great line-up planned for 2020, with session topics ranging from library service to families with babies to helping high school students navigate the transition to college.
We‘re also working on a brand new conference activity that will give attendees the opportunity to take a deeper dive into what their fellow youth service librarians are doing across the state.
More details and registration information coming soon, but until then, save the date!
