LAL 2012 NYS Winners

At the NYS Writers Hall of Fame Gala, held on Tuesday, June 5, in New York City, these students were recognized as the 2012 NYS Letters About Literature winners.

Level 1 – Anisha M. Kasi, Grade 5, New City Elementary, New City 

Level 2 – Melissa Mary Helm, Grade 8, Casey Middle School, Getzville 

Level 3 – Robert S. Glover, Grade 12, Chenango Valley High School, Port Crane 

Robert’s was also selected as one of only 15 letters nationwide that were advanced to the national level competition for Level 3.
