Friends of Libraries Week Contest Application
The Empire Friends Roundtable was formed in 1992 as a direct result of the White House Conference on Library and Information Services. This conference confirmed the ever-increasing importance of libraries, and stressed the need for active support from the nonprofessional community. In short, libraries need FRIENDS as never before.
