Will there be special rates at hotels for Trade Show exhibitors and attendees?
Yes. Special rates for NYLA Trade Show exhibitors and attendees will be available. This information will be announced in April 2010.
What sponsorship opportunities are available?

Sponsorship packages start at $250 and include signage at the event as well as a Sponsor listing in the Final Program. Some sponsorship packages include an ad in the Final Conference program which makes them a great value to your organization if you wanted to maximize the visibility of your company at the show.
Host a Spotlight Session. Spotlight Sessions take place on Friday, November 7 and offer an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase your products and services. A 45-minute session costs $500. Availability is limited. Reserve a spot today!
Sponsor a coffee break. Attendees always remember who sponsors the delicious treats served during the Exclusive Trade Show time slots. Signage will be prominently displayed on the show floor, plus a Conference Program listing.
Become a Business Member of the New York Library Association. Business members enjoy a 10% discount on print ads in our Bulletins as well as help keep your company up-to-date on what's happening in the library community of NYS. Business Members also receive an additional $96 off the cost of each Booth space.

The Trade Show Floor will NOT be carpeted. Carpeting may be ordered through the official Trade Show decorator, Great Lakes Events. Ordering details will be available in your Great Lakes Exhibitor Kit.

Booths will be provided with an 8' high blue/white drapery background and 3' high blue or white side dividers. NYLA will provide a 6' x 2' draped table, 7" x 44" sign, chair(s), and a wastepaper basket. Additional furnishings and equipment may be ordered directly from our decorator, who will provide order forms.
How can we order additional furniture, electricity, internet service, etc. for our space?
Extras can be ordered through NYLA's official decorator, Great Lakes Events.

Great Lakes Events will send all exhibitors an Exhibitor Kit containing order forms for labor, electrical services and equipment, furniture, shipping instructions, cleaning services, booth identification signs, and floral decorations.
Please note, the Trade Show Floor WILL NOT be carpeted. Carpeting can also be ordered through Great Lakes Events. Information will be included in your Exhibitor Kit.
Further information regarding the installation and dismantling of exhibits, union jurisdiction rules and shipping will be sent to each exhibitor by Great Lakes Events.
