Looking to (re)start a Friends group? UHLS, SALS and MVLS are excited to host Lisa Wemett, Joyce Laiosa, and Terry Mulee of NYLA’s Friends of Libraries Section. Join us for this workshop where we’ll develop a framework to:

• Recruit helpers for a steering committee
• Determine the Friends’ mission
• Expand membership
• Grow the leadership to sustain an active organization
